Cut the guy some slack, he's from Arkansas. He's probably like the second smartest guy in the state.

It's a muscle memory thing. They put it in the ring to recreate what he needed to do in round 2. Once he had Pavlik down, he needed to keep hitting him before he got up. He won't forget if he gets him down this time.:D

im sure jermain and his corner are just trying to get tuffer and grittier. steward tends to take a thinking mans approach to winning fights (see pre/post wlad, lennox). im not sure that style entirely suits jermain, som im sure they are thinknig rocky 3 and get back to wutever roots they can...

wont work i dont think, i think jermain has just met his match. hes fought too many other boxers and ring strategists to get in there and think he can be something else over night. great boxer, just not the kind of fighter he nds to be to take down pavlik. not even the guy i thought would be the type (miranda) could do it.

and yeah why is the tire on the ground? that exercise is supposed to build power upright...

You need to read and then speak, it makes you look like an ass when you dont. I never once said it wasnt around for years. I only said that since pavlik knocked your ex-champ the **** out:dead and since Taylors whole damn camp ragged on pavliks training regime for the first fight how odd is it that now the Taylor camp goes and copys what Pavlik is doing for the second fight???

Now you going to tell me that Taylor used to pull around SUV's in the parking lot too huh? He's in his head is the point. :hi:

    what?

    you are one paranoid ****ers,

taylors camp didn't say **** about pavliks training method, i dont understand the point of making this all up to make yourself feel better :patsch

taylor has been using these methods from his amateur days, zab juda does it, oscar de la hoya used it when he was with floyd sr, plenty of boxers do it.

Oh look jermain taylor is copying pavlik again, he is hitting the bag like pavlik does......

Who cares how they train. Bottom line JT was a shitty champion. Got pushed around by a little welterweight and i thought he lost the fight and lost to winky. But judges love Jermain. They kid has horrible style keeps his gloves low and horrible stamina. Pavlik is a good fighter exciting and has a incrediable work rate. Second fight will be the same. Pavlik's high work rate will be to much for JT to keep up with and i dont see him getting better at D. JT's only chance is to catch Pavlik early and if he is desperate i can see Pavlik being really cautious with his punches. Pavlik KO 6

Yea hes really overrated. 3 time MVP every passing record ever written and footballs IRON man. If u call a QB choking in -24 degrees then yea he choked bad. Jermain gets no respect he gets his title then turns into a shitty fighter. Lost the hunger i dont see Pavlik doing that or ever taking a step back on a f*ing welterweight. Oh no Cory spinks is going to KO me. Pavlik would of KO spinks in like 5 rounds once he slowed down not no bought decision thanks to HBO. JT needs to go back to Mike Tysons punch out.

I think the giants can pull and upset. But patriots got far more talent. I pick the patriots. But wouldnt be surprised on seeing NY win. After hearing that they cheated to win the 2002 super bowl i really hope they lose. I will be pulling for NY or what ever benifits my football pool. 0 an 0 for 2st quarter for them big dollars.
