Pavlik Looks Too Dangerous For Joe So They Are Ducking Him?

I think it's simply the fact Roy Jones will bring in more money. Pavlik is such a much more meaningful fight at this stage, but I'm going with the money outlook.

agreed. i do like joe but he didnt do himself any favors against hopkins given all the smack he talked. all hopkins had to do was put up a fight in the later rounds and all might be different. but he didnt and here we are. i just read that joe doesnt think kelly deserves to fight him...that joe would handle him...well...how bout joe fighting jermain seeing how jermain beat hopkins twice and joe "beat" hopkins and the winner fight pav. (i know joe might not be around that long but all the talk has been one sided like pav has to prove himself to fight joe...well how bout joe prove himself against someone pav has beaten)

Kessler was/is more dangerous and a better rounded fighter than Pavlik.

Hopkins was a tougher fight than Pavlik would be for Joe.

People have to remember in the Taylor rematch Pavlik was becoming aggitated when he couldnt find the 'spot'. If he gets confused and aggitated with Taylors speed and combination punching then what about Calzaghe.

Again people critisied Calzaghe v Manfredo yet praise Pavliks performance against Lockettatsch

Pavlik fans:- Its easy to look good against a guy who stands in front of you and does sweet F.A.

And Lockett wasnt even the best in Britain.

Alot of top Americans are like that then - you cant call alot of Amercians all time greats because they have never fought outside their country - they stay in the safe home ground of USA - why are Amercians so arrogant to think you have to come to the USA or your unproven - what a load of **** - USA fighters are unproven - and alot of the hyped american fighters like Gerald McClenan and Jeff Lacy have come to British shores and got beat up badly.


Calzaghe Unified the Super Middleweight divison and you say Bernard Hopkins was the only meaniful fight he had - people like you have a ridiculous way of thinking - you cant please people like you - you are the type who is very selective about who you give credit to - refuse to give credit to someone because you are just a petty minded unfair person - Calzaghe wan all FOUR super middleweight belts- not even Roy Jones did that. Hopkins was a tough fight but then Hopkins is a good fighter regardless of his age.
