Pavlik Looks Too Dangerous For Joe So They Are Ducking Him?

In all seriousnes though. IF Joe is going to fight Kelly, it pretty much has to be his next fight while he still has the 168 belts. It is a much bigger fight as far as the public is concerned. Like it or not, we know the titles, bull**** as the may be, have commercial value, that is why the fighters put up with the ABCs. Joe has to know this. He worked hard to get the titles and is now on the verge of vacating them if he doesn't defend. Watch Jones wait until Pavlik signs his next fight thinking it will give him more negotiating power and THEN price himself out of the fight and Joe gets neither.

And we are a bit up in arms about Joe calling Kelly out repeatedly and then trying to say it is KELLY that doesn't want the fight because Joe says he is just too big a step up for him. Need a little duck smiley..... Every thing but....

 

i don't tend to use the smilies i'm one of the older posters on here feel a bit immature using them! anyway i happen to think pavlik has a shot against calzaghe i like pavlik he's an exciting fighter and is good for the fight game although i do think some on that side of the pond have him as monzon and hagler incarnated.i tend to think calzaghe would be a bit too smart for him but pavlik would always be dangerous because he's a determined so and so,and as he proved against taylor in the 1st fight you'll have to nail him to the canvas if you want to stop him.he just keeps on coming.

 

What a dumbass ... you think Pavlik came looking for Gary The Bum Lockett? He was forced to fight Lockett to give Joe a front row seat so he could do a ball check .. Joe saw .. and realized he needs to quickly get out of boxing .. the only question still in Joe's mind is how to avoid getting KO'd by old Roy ...
