Yeah it's like you want to give them rounds you know they didn't win. It's hard being a fair judge in those situations.

Pavlik looks way too thin, you can see his back bones and no tone at all, even his arms are thin
Martinez seems filled and ripped at the weight, but could be already hydrated..
Martinez by UD ..but wouldnt rule out a controversial Pavlik SD

He weighed 159 for the Williams fight. What has Martinez done at 160 other than lose to Williams who he himself has only fought as high as 157(twice)?

Come to think of it, what has Martinez done at 154 other than fight a close draw with Cintron, a former welterweight who had already suffered two KO beatdowns?

There is a good chance that Pavlik is just too big for Martinez. In fact, who in the last twenty years has successfully moved up from 147 to 160+ and beat the reigning champ?

    Duran/Barkley.
    Leonard/Hearns.

I really believe that Pavlik is going to walk this guy down starting the seventh or eight round ala Hopkins/Hoya.

I agree with the looks of the fighters. Pavlik looks emaciated whilst Martinez looks like he's properly dehydrated and will be ready for the fight.

Martinez looks in tremendous shape and if he tightened up his defense a little, Pavlik is in for a tough night. Can't wait to see how Martinez's game plan works and how he reacts to Pavlik's punches, and also on the other hand, I want to see how Pavlik deals with Martinez's speed and movement. It's a fascinating fight.

Hah, the shaky Hulk Hogan muscle flex by Pavlik was ******edly funny. And the fan who kept yelling, "No way, pretty boy! No way!" actually sounds like a rabid wrestling fan. People think the bulge in his pants was his boner for Pavlik but it was actually his 20th can of beer he snuck in.

Pavlik by UD or TKO. Hope I'm wrong though.

    Looks can be deceiving.

Martinez looks to be a solid 160 which does make me think a little. That said, I think once Pavlik can rehydrate he's looking at 170 or so.

I'm gonna say that Pavlik is still the much stronger guy on fight night.

Yeah. I didn't see anything too troublesome about KP. He looked pretty much like he always does.

Bhop schooled him and defeated him mentally but he is going to batter ****ing no defense Martinez...lol Martinez keeps his guard at his knees and he is going to get ****ed up. :rofl

I don't think the size matters much, Martinez has a long reach and the speed, movement advantage. It will come down to how disciplined Martinez is defensively, his stamina, and ability to take a punch. Any one of those fail him, and he probably loses.
