No i'm sayin its a myth pavlik is a cumulative puncher, pav is a long time champ because he has been out injured, williams, martinez or mundine should beat him.

Everyone reckoned echols had a big right hand like pavlik.

**** i get some of you hold Mundine in high regard but seriously if it was true he could but the likes of Pavlik so essily then why he lose to the likes of Kessler,Ottke and Siaca(god i love that one the most)...

Come on guys yes mundine is good and naturally talented but if he was really as good as some of you truely believe then he wouldnt even be living in Australia let alone fighting here..

Mundine would bring more to the table than Espino, so $55k is irrelevant in the scheme of things.

Pavlik's camp have mentioned Mundine as a possible opponent for around a year now but he's only had the one fight since Rubio, so although I'd be surprised to hear a fight with Choc be announced, I wouldn't be completely shocked.

 

I personaly just wish the bloke would fight a genuine champ like Sturm or Pavlik so we could get the 100% true answer to his abilities and be done with the constant bickering about the bloke..

We dont even talk about Vic Darchinyan that much and he is a ppv box office star of the boxing world.

 

Don't get me wrong I'm aware of his shortcomings and he should of fought better opposition etc but you can't knock him as a money maker.

Trying to say anything positive about mundine is met with a torrent of abuse on this forum but it's my opinion and saying i'm a **** etc for expressing my opinion is a bit ott imo. This thread was meant to be a discussion about the source luds posted but as usual has descended into a petty slanging match because not everyone agrees.
