PAVLIK! Not what you would call a fightin champion.

Arum has driven Pavlik's career into the dirt.

The notion that Pavlik should be stripped after he's just made a mandatory defense is ridiculous. Pavlik made his mandatory - now he needs a legitimate opponent to fight.

he fights next he will Search and Destroy... Mark my Words. I will see him this Saturday at some local amateur fights... will try and pass along any information, Sunday...

If only Arum had some track record on managing careers. Like maybe if only he had the top p4p fighter in the world. A guy that is only 'one point better' than one of his opponents yet far ahead of him in earnings. I guess Kelly can just keep dreaming of finding such a promoter..... :think

Two mailing lists of 'local/regional' interest we are trying to get going. One is for people that put on fight cards. One is for fans that simply want a heads up email when a card is scheduled. Pass the info along and try signing up for the 'announce' list yourself. I can use some testers to work out any bugs or make suggestions.

 

While he couldn't be called a busy fighter just now, he's nowhere close to being at the point where he should be stripped.

The only difference i see between a BHop schooling and a Calzaghe schooling is that Calzaghe would have hit him with about 500 more punche's.

Pavlik is not injured,he is not having a break,and he is not spending time with his family.His head is full of demons after the BHop beating,its that simple.Lets not forget what Kelly's team said would happen in the BHop fight,its one thing losing,but its a whole lot worse when you say BHop is getting KO'd.

You may pull the wool over the eyes of those less clued up than me,but i've been involved in this game for a long long time.

 

There is nothing left for Pavlik to do at middleweight. He should move up to either SMW or LH. He won't though, because he might run into someone he doesn't have a significant height and reach advantage over.

No one gives a **** about Pavlik and how he killed the MW division by deciding to fight likes of Lockett and Rubio. Abraham fought mandatories too and Pavlik's fans **** on him for it, yet Pavlik does the same and he deserves all the respect/praise on earth.

I'm looking forward to the SMW division and I'm sure Pavlik is looking forward to that more than his next list of tomato cans he plans to build a MW legacy fighting.
