Pavlik Offered 10 million

There was a thread about this several days ago. No chance in hell is Calzaghe earning £10 million for fighting Pavlik. That's about $20 million dollars which would definatley be a record for any fighter at 175lbs to be earning or possibly any fighter below heavyweight and not called Oscar De La Hoya, Mayweather or Ricky Hatton.

Other boxers don't earn that much fighting the cash cow De La Hoya how on earth is Calzaghe going to be earning that kind of money against Pavlik? Mayweather earned about $25 million once the PPV figures had been factored in. Yet Pavlik who is still relatively new on the scene and still building a fan base is supposed to fight Calzaghe a British fighter who has never been a big sell in the US suddenly generate such huge sums of money. :huh

 

Do any of them have an actual source for it?

 

Can we go at least one year where Calzaghe isnt allegedly ducking/avoiding/**** scared of someone?

First it was Lacey then it was Kessler and now its Pavlik:-(
