Pavlik on Abraham

That wasn't a boxing clinic.

That was Miranda playing the role of boxer puncher at first before he degenerated into a volume punching pressure fighter and then Abraham playing the roll of a slugger, waiting for the opportunity to catch Miranda coming in or with his hands down with a huge punch.

 

You make it seem that the only punch aa has in his arsenal is this "hayemaker". The punch that finished miranda was a straight right. They haymakers were there because of that right. He had kitten on ***** street and was going for the kill

 

That's fine. If you think Abraham can win the fight by outboxing Pavlik or going right at him, call him up and tell him.

A "slugger" would not have patient attributes! A slugger does not wait for 3 rounds to study his opponent and then put him on ***** street

 

I never said he is going to "outbox" him. I have been following aa for 3 and a half years now. I was actually live at the ikeke fight. You make it seem like his only chance is a hayemaker. look at your posts. I think aa has an underated jab, is VERY smart, and does not waste punches. You make it seem like is is going to be 75% pavlick victory when it actually is 50/50.

That's not true, the good sluggers are patient. They know of their limitations and realize that they have few opportunities depending on their opponent.

Just because Abraham is a slugger, doesn't mean that he's not good.

All I'm saying is that if Pavlik boxes Abraham, he reduces Abraham to only having a puncher's chance, but IF Pavlik arrogantly goes right at Abraham, he may find himself looking up at the lights.
