Lot of talk has been coming from both sides now, but no action.

In terms of styles, this is one of the biggest dream fights out there right now, and has been for some time. Plus it's a very meaningful fight in the careers of both fighters. But we the fans have been frustrated at every turn for at least a year now, and all indications are that we will continue to be frustrated.

Which side would you say is doing more to block this fight from happening?

There's way more to the story than what you posted. Honestly, no party is ducking the other.

i agree with u p4p i think its a money issue they both want a certain amount the promoters want their cut. if the fight happens here nobody knows aa and pav is uknown in germany so the risk factor is so high that it has to be worth it cause pav cant have another loss for a while and aa wants to keep his 0

most of the time its an immature response to say that someone is ducking someone.

boxing is more of a 'game of chess' than other sports and you need to understand why a fight isn't being made before you start a post like this.

It's business. Pavlik and Abraham are probably more than willing to fight each other. They'd probably throw down in the streets if it was up to them. It's almost always "the suits" who keep it from happening.

its more of a money issue. if im not mistaken i have heard that both sides are willing to fight in the other fighters backyards. Its just the money thats holding them back.

I don't really believe that Anraham wants the fight as bad as he says, but IMO there is no ducking going on.

Felix Sturm, on the other hand, has brown streaks running down his shorts from fear of having to face either of these punchers.

if abraham didn't want to fight he wouldn't have come to america to start with.
