Pavlik was never offered a spot in the Saurland Six. In fact, Saurland was in New York pretending to negotiate a Pavlik fight shortly before this was put together. Saurland could not have offered Kelly a spot while all the while he was putting this together in secret and I'd have to assume AA was in from the beginning. My take is Kelly was miffed at first until he saw the details. Add to that he is STILL fighting at 160.

Quick edit. Given the timing, this was all but a done deal while he was in New York throwing up the smoke screen.

Again fellaz-regardless of wether or not the injury is legit (for arguments sake we'll say it is) paul williams is not "hiding" or "running" or "keeping his mouth shut"...he was more than willing to fight on oct 3rd-when kp pushed the date back he agreed..than kp had his injury...

Fine-but kelly pavlik fans dont run around here trying to turn the argument around...the consensus of fans BLAME KELLY PAVLIK FOR THE FIGHT NOT HAPPENING, NOT PAUL WILLIAMS, and if that upsets you than tell your boy to offer something better...

Paul made a 4 million dollar offer to antonio margarito a few years back and antonio laughed it off and "ducked" paul by your logic...

Kp should offer a better deal as paul had to spend time and money on 2 training camps...on top of that he was preparing for a fighter in kp who stands in front of you..he ended up fighting a beast and a style he wasn't prepared for in martinez...paul just wanted to fight on dec 5th and he said he didn't care who it was ..if it was kp than so be it...but it wasn't..he backed out cuz he was "hurt"...

He'll just step to him and knock him out." Goosen claimed PW could beat anyone from 147-168. In other words they regarded Pavlik as an easy opponent.

PWilly has a shot at the second most prestigous trophy in boxing, and a career high payday, and all he has to do is fight a guy that his entire team said was an easy fight.

Williams is negotiating for a fight with Cintron.

Because Winky Wright's "demands" for said fight border on clinically insane. Pavlik has no problem fighting Wright (where as I'm not sure about Williams, I know he'd take a Winky Wright fight) and I'm sure they would've fought by now had Wright not asked for 40 million dollars and a submarine named after him.

 

I wish there was a link to support that the man fought Willams for a low pay day dont see why he would ask for the world with KP

You only notice the false facts that are against Pavlik. Yet, you fail to comment on all of the "scared" assertions that Booradley and Hermit like to put out about PW.

ok let me tell u again i will answer anything u need to ask me and tell the truth..i have never said any thing against williams except that the offer is on the table and we have not heard anything from him.. i dont dislike williams, i just thought the most feared man was alittle over the top. i did not talk **** on that thread i asked a question and hoped i would get an intelligent answer.some of u hate pavlik so much u cannot state or look at the facts..

 

I may have poked fun, but I've always said Paul doesn't belong at MW. Hell, I think I made the best post in the thread. Offered up PIC on a silver platter and no one bothered to follow it up.
