But according to Pavtards and Pavlik himself, Pavlik Hopkins shouldn't count since Pavlik had to move up in weight to fight him and/or he was sick.

You should concentrate on your boy Pavlik, and start thinking of new excuses after he either pulls out (again) or gets schooled (again).

he's definitely avoided, at 147 for sure and 154. I've already said I think Kelly would beat him, if he fights him.
