I have always wondered why people have a hard time with the part in green. What is so hard to understand here? It's not like a suspicious injury or a toothache. It's potential death. Cut the guy a ****ing break, people. How is it so difficult to cut a fighter a break on not fighting while nearly dead. Fighters routinely pull out for flus and sprains, and this guy was in near fatal condition. It's plain silly to be on his ass about that.

Pavlik had a serious illness. We know that. That is not the point. And I fail to understand how you can defend a guy who makes just as ignorant statements against Paul, such as he got scared of Kelly after the Martinez fight, whn they clearly state before the Martnez fight that they were done with Pavlik, because they were shafted twice.

By the way, how does pav have such a serious condition, yet continued to sign and try to postpone the fight, making Williams start a total of three training camps because of the postponements, and then turn up and fight two weeks later against a guy as pitiful as they come? And then turn around and talk **** about Paul?!?!?!? As if Paul is the reason the fight hasn't taken place yet?!?!?

 

Didn't defend a guy, defended a single point that was highlighted in green about Pavlik taking **** for not fighting while being utterly ****ed up.

As to the other point, you don't think Williams is the same threat as Espino, do you? You said yourself he's not exactly a threat. Pavlik was going to lose his titles or pick apart a nobody. Even he didn't know how his hand would hold up with this no name, did he? An idiot would come off an injury and the problems he had with it and get rushed into a fight with an elite fighter, such as Paul is. You know this. He had two more weeks and a soft touch in front of him. Not that far out a call they made. As far as the other bickering between camps, or any public statements anybody from the fighters and promoters to whoever bitching in this thread, I make no statements to them, nor am I taking sides of any kind. I call 'em as I see 'em and nothing more. :good

A Pdub saying he WANTS to fight Kelly but Kelly doesn't have the heart to fight him. (Front page interview so you know the source on that one)

So why is Paul saying he wants the fight if he is "through" with him?
