Pavlik: 'Paul Williams is in too deep'

How the hell is anyone going to be fast enough on the buttons to keep track of these two?

I do not know the record for most total punches thrown in a single round at 160, but whatever it is, I bet KP and PW break it!

This is going to be possibly the FOTY I think. I'm still wavering on my pick and am waiting until later until I make a predicition.

If Pavlik wins, he really will have got himself back-on-track in the eyes of boxing fans. He need this win badly. Also, if he wins, maybe I won't have to hear any more clowns talk about Shane Mosley "ducking" Williams.

If Paul does lose, I don't think it's hurt his credibilty real bad unless he gets dominated from the start because he is fighting a much bigger man. He has length yes, but the size is totally different.

I look at him as a fairly solid jr MW, but he's not yet to a point that he's grown into a true MW, but I think he will eventually. He had to eat like hell to put on weight for Winky and he only went to 165. Yes, he could work on putting on solid weight for this fight, but I'm sure he wants to be able to move back down, win or lose.

 

Paul Williams beats Kelly Pavlik...I am sure of this and I shall be proven right on December 5th :yep

 

If both fighters just act like themselves, and do what comes natural to them, it's going to be crazy.

Paul's trainer said of Pavlik, Paul will "step to him and knock him out." In my opinion that is a really stupid fight plan, but if they come to the ring with that, all hell is gonna break lose!

 

Yea that can't be his fightplan, it would be suicidal.

All this FOTY BS why? I've seen PW freeze up from the shots of Margo and Mathessye.

One KP right hand may tap that jaw and hurt PW bad.

Can anybody tell me what they have seen of PW at 154 or 160 that makes them believe he can take KP's power? I don't think he has even fought a puncher above 147.

 

I agree it would be suicide to come in looking to go to war with Kelly freaking Pavlik. That IS NOT how you beat him. Peterson has to know better. ****, I'm just a fan, and way back in 2007 I layed out a fight plan, and said "this is how you beat Kelly." Ironically, my fight plan was VERY close to what BHop did.

However, Peterson said KP has a "china chin," and Paul Williams will "shatter it"atsch

Peterson must be bullshitting. He simply has to know better. Williams, with the right fight plan, can make this fight extremely difficult for Pavlik, or he can go in stupid, and make a very exciting, but short fight.

I can't believe the PW hype, Pavlik is going to absolutely steam roll him. You think PW is BHOP or something? This is going to be worse than the fight this saturday. There's too many people who are dillisional about Paul on ESB, I'm a fan myself but he is way out of his league.
