Kelly could have had a 6 million dollar man transplant he wouldnt have won that night...No matter if he had a cough and tennis elbow, he was just outclassed and did not have the skill level to do anything different against Nard.

That's fine, even if you like Loew in his corner. The fact is that Hopkins is hell for Pavlik on any night. If asked candidly, I doubt Pavlik would even point to any of these supposed after-the-fact injuries/illnesses. He was outsmarted through and through. Hopkins had him figured out and executed brilliantly.

Why isn't everyone clamouring for a Pavlik Hopkins rematch like they are for Calzaghe vs Hopkins? :yep

There are lots of revisionists prowling tonight, trying to paint it as if Pavlik, "only lost because of...".

Yes, they should be in arms over the fact that no one has asked for it. Surely a healthy Pavlik would batter Hopkins into retirement as was the plan the first time.

I stated my opinion in a clear, concise, logical, and intelligent fashion. However, I do not expect the average ESB poster to be in any way moved or persuaded by logic and, or, intelligence.
