Since you seem to be a little slow--ill explain to you slowly what the thread is about. Heres the key things I was trying to explain, forest. 1. Pavlik is new and no-one likes change. 2. Manny said in the press room that Taylor will knock him out by the 6th. manny never does that. 3. Bronco McKart has said that he has never been hit as hard as pavlik. There were my 3 points to the thread. I guess if you would read instead of complain you could give some constructive arguments but i guess you fell off your tricycle today and arent feeling up for some boxing talk. Now run along forest. run along.
Yeah it seem's like I can take a sip of my beer while he's throwing a punch but the next thing you know his oppenents knees are buckled.
Nah you're ****i'n slow, you're not listening. You should have posted all your points in the other thread which came out much eallier than your thread, you got that? It's all the same bullshits anyway. And how can you say nobody likes Pavlik when everywhere you go not only in this website, people are about 50/50 on the fight? You're serioulsy looking for attention kid. :-(
Well one...your first point isn't totally valid. Paul Williams is new, people love him. Chad Dawson is new, people love him. Posters here go crazy when a new fighter comes in and is exciting, so I don't know where you got that. Your second point? Taylor isn't gonna KO Pavlik by the 6th. Probably not at all. 3rd point? Bronko McKart has never been KO'd besides Pavlik. And what he is saying is probably true. However, he spent the majority of his career at 147 and 154. He hasn't faced any big MW punchers besides Pavlik either. Outside of Pavlik, of the few fights he has had over 154, the best record he has faced was a guy who was 25-10-4. So take that with a grain of salt. Pavlik's KO's of Miranda and Zertuche were better indicators of his power than McKart, who was also pretty old.
Pavlik coming this far is not much of a surprise for people who saw him box in amatuer contests. Some of the posters around here probably know the inside scoop on that. He wasn't the tender white meat some thought he was.:smooch
pavlik will rock taylors world. if kasim ouma had taylor backing up, pavlik a guy who dwarfs ouma in height, is 15 pounds heavier come fight night, throws more punches and one of the hardest punchers in 160 should be able to stop taylor. hell, i'm convinced miranda would be able to KO him if he got past pavlik.
