The televised undercard on HBO is: • Featherweights: Steven Luevano (35-1-1, 15 KOs) vs. Billy Dib (21-0, 11 KOs), 12 rounds, for Luevano's title • Middleweights: Marco Antonio Rubio (42-4-1, 37 KOs) vs. Enrique Ornelas (28-4, 18 KOs), 12 rounds, title eliminator • Middleweights: Daniel Jacobs (10-0, 9 KOs) vs. Tyrone Watson (7-1, 3 KOs), 6 rounds So we should get these fights on Setanta, may miss out on the Jacobs fight though.
I set this to record ealeir today (On Virgin Media). Program was 03:00 till 07:00. Just double checked and it is now split into three progs. 03:00 till 04:15, 04:15 till 05:30 and 05:30 till 07:00. Good job I checked - or I would have bloody missed it !!!
So when the **** does the fight start.. Can anybody give a straight answer.....? Or is that too hard..
What time the main event starts is dependent on the outcome of the undercards fights. or in other words stop being a whining git the fight will start sometime between 04:30-05:30
The undercard will consist of light punching journeymen and will drag on to the point that you drop off to sleep just in time for the main event. Not that Hopkins will have us bright eyed and bushy tailed.
And what time is that you **** head..what kind of answer is that. These topics are always annoying, because no one..gives a straight ****ing answer. You ****ing bell end..
Because no one has a ****ing clue when the fight will start. It all depends on the undercard. If all the undercards end with KO 1's the main event will start early but if they all go the distance then the main event will start later.
What exactly are you expecting, someone to say it'll start dead on 4.27am or something? New to boxing are you?
It depends on many variables and is subject to the vicissitudes of modern boxing and TV schedules. Its not that we cant give you a straight answer and want to ramble without answering the question. This isnt the case at all.You do us all a great disservice here; There is nothing i would like more than to be able to answer this question without typing line after line of irrelevant **** without you actually finding out anything Mr Kool The truth is it would be highly irresponsible and pointless for us to do that. In fact, you even suggesting that we arent capable of giving you a short straight answer is highly offensive....as i said, nothing would give us greater pleasure, but Boxing, like life, isnt always that simple. Despite this blatant unfairness i WILL try and give you a concise, honest answer without going around the proverbial houses,so to speak. It wont be easy, but as a fellow ESBer,its the least i can do,and im sure the other guys support me on this. As i promised to keep this answer brief,as you requested,i think it is bet that the fight starts somewhere between 1am and 7am British time.
