Kelly Pavlik on points or late TKO. I voted Pavlik by Decision.

I am a big fan of both fighters. However, I kind of lean toward Abraham in this fight because I think he has the better chin. Pavlik can be hit though he has an underrated defense, but Abraham is very skilled, hits hard, and I think can take a better shot than Kelley. I think this would be a slugfest and I think Arthur's edge in chin might be the difference.

You are going to have to explain this one. I have twice heard JC make noise about fighting Pavlik. I have heard nothing from Pavlik's side. They are focused on MW. PLEASE explain this one to me.

Miranda trains to land that punch. Call it lucky if you want, you only delude yourself.

And his side has made sure not to test that "cast iron" chin again. It may not be as solid now.

So, he wants to make his US debut without risking his belt? Plus he gets a preview on how he would fare with Pavlik? I see a Pavlik/Abraham fight in jeapordy. :yep

Pavlik's team always gets under rated for prep and planning.

AA is the much better boxer, puncher, better beard, better defensively. I take him to win a UD in a war.

The fight is in the works ... he's going to be introduced to US fans some time this year and we're going to see him in action ... I hope its against someone who has some clout.

They're planning on fighting Pavlik early next year if everything goes right.

I would like to see Abraham match up with John Duddy ...

I think that Abraham is a waste and that Kelly is going to kick his ****in ass.

He's very dirty, he has no skill, terrible footwork, wild punches - leaving himself open for big shots, slow starter, and backs up in a straight line - often squaring up.

Terrible technique and I see him being easy work for Pavlik, who will back him up and not let him do anything. Everyone knows that Pavlik has a great chin and will not back up against anyone.

The jab of Pavlik will be the key ... the right hand will make Abraham think twice about exchanging ... Abraham puts on the ear muffs and gets stopped.

He bruises easy ... I see Abraham getting cut and maybe another broken Jaw ... He right cheek looked swollen after the fight with Ayala ....

Kelly also hits well to the body ...

Pavlik KO5 ... this will be the last fight for Abraham in the US ... unless he's brought in for a stepping stone role ...

Abraham/Miranda II is in the works for June 21st. Miranda may very well derail the Abraham hype train, but since the fight is at a catchwieght, AA would keep his title. In September AA will fight his mandatory. Zuniga was slated to fight an elimination bout, but the other fighter suffered an injury, and had to drop out. If Abraham gets past Miranda, and then has to fight Zuniga, the Pavlik fight will never happen. Fulgencio Zuniga UD12 Arthur Abraham. That would leave us with Pavlik/Zuniga II. Both fighters have improved a great deal since their first meeting. This would be an action packed fight that Pavlik wins by UD, or by stoppng Zuniga on cuts like he did the first time. Those are my speculative predictions as of right now, but this is boxing. Anything can happen, and that's what makes it the greatest sport in the world.

Zuniga is under rated as a mofo!! I've got that fight and it was sick!! Remember after Taylor I when Merchant started asking about how tough the fight was, Pavlik started talking about Zuniga being his toughest fight.

Pavlik is better, and more experienced. I give him the nod.

I can't help but notice that the abundance of votes for Pavlik are coming from Taylor apologists and Hopkins fans...:yep

Abraham by KO, I'm very confident at that. And no, I am not high on Arthur Abraham, but Pavlik has not become an elite fighter all of the sudden just for starching Miranda and Taylor.
