PAVLIK Vs BUTE

Who he dealt with amazingly well if you've seen the fight. This was a man who gave Calzaghe problems and Bute boxed beautifully.

Have you ever seen Bute fight? If you have you would know that he would cause Pavlik problems, he's a very good boxer who can bang aswell.

 

Bute also showed a pretty good chin against Berrio, so he does seem to have all the tools necessary.
I'd love to see a Pavlik/Bute. if Calzaghe doesn't want to fight Kelly, there's other good matches at SMW.

 

Taylor was exposed as not being able to fight at 160 anymore. That is about it.

 

I have seen ALL the bute fights. I was in the bell center vs Bika. And he didnt do well. In fact, he lost the first 3 rounds. He's superior stamina got him the victory but it was a close fight.

Lets see first what he will do against Andrade. I think you'll be very surprised.

Kessler is scared of Miranda, and Calzaghe is scared to back up his **** talking.

 

I think Bute will win in a very very close fight.

 

Bika never looked like winning, he comfortably outboxed by Bute all night long, worked off the jab really well and he's rangy with good handspeed.

Andrade will bring a granite chin and constant pressure but he's limited. Bute UD.

 

By 2 light-middles who haven't won since, and by a 40 year old who has since had to move up to 175.

Taylor was never p4p and Miranda was very limited. Don't get me wrong I think Pavlik is a great fighter who is very good at what he does but Bute is a stylistic nightmare for him - someone who can match his height and reach, has a better jab, who can punch and take a punch and who can really box, very good handspeed and footwork.

 

It wasn't quite like that but what people need to understand is that Bute has improved since Bika. Many good fighters are better now than they were 2-3 fights ago. Bute is one of those fighters.

Stopped watching after the 1st round because I don't see how you could given that to Bika, he barely threw anything and landed nothing meaningful other than a headbutt. Bute meanful controlled the pace of the round as the aggressor and worked off the jab and landed some shots at least.

 

Lol... Im not a hater. I like Bute. But i can't see how he can beat Pavlik. Pavlik superior jab and power combine with a lot of pressure will get him the victory.
