Pavlik vs Calzaghe I think it gonna happen!

How well do you think Pavlik would have performed against Bernard Hopkins?

 

No , I dont think so.

I just dont think Joe has anything left to prove , fight Jones , fair enough. He and Jones have been linked for years but hes already beat two young lions in Kessler and Lacy why go in against another young , hungry champ when you've already done it all.

Im a fan of both guys so dont want to see either lose I suppose. That said I would probably pull for Pavlik , he seems the nicer guy.

I'm not saying it would be a bad a fight but Joe isnt the man he was , why let Kelly take advantage of that ? :think

 

What i meant to day is I dont think Pavlik would do all that differently against BHOP in fact he may even have lost.

 

joe likes a challenge and will fight pavlik if the money is right.
he didnt care about his (o) when he was underdog to lacy ,nor in going for kessler whom alot of people thought he was taking on too much,nor taking a chance on stepping up a weight to fight the best l h w hopkins just after his fellow brit fight tried (hatton) and failed.so i dont think he will back out of this to a smaller fighter, as long as the money is there.

Cuz he has said he wants to fight Kelly since the day after Kelly won his belts? Because he believes he can win and it will make him an undisputed ATG? But, I'm not Ole Joe, those are my guesses as to why this fight happens. Oh, almost forgot the nice little kicker to the retirment fund.

 

I would love for this fight to happen. Hopefully both teams are taking notice of the huge interest generated off the possibility of these two men fighting.
