I haven't seen what official betting sources are doing, but an article I read somewhere said Pavlik is favored like 15-1 against Lockett.

 

lockett's in far too deep, pav's gonna batter him.

pav v cal is a far better fight though, very exciting news, i hope it comes off. i personally believe cal will be just too silky/wily/experienced etc for pav and shade it on points but pav won't be another lacy, that's for sure.

 

Do you dudes reckon Joe C. will be at ringside for this fight. It seems quite likely, and if he is Max might get some type of war of words going between Pav and Joe. That might be fun to see.

I doubt there would be a war of words as such, both are respectful guys unless aggravated. They might just talk about a fight, with the word 'money' being used by Joe C

 

Hmmm...Good points by you and Bodysnatcher. Perhaps, though, just the two talking of a fight live on HBO could really get some interest going for this big time match up.

Enzo vs. Loew on the undercard. Loew will get KTFO, and then back to paving his driveways

Pavlik won't have a trainer in his corner then. He'll have his beloved tyre instead.

 

Joe's earned the right to be a part of the Big Buck's Club though. He can now be a part of the infamous "circle jerk" that has so long kept a back turned to him, if he wants too.
