calzaghe by UD think about the 2nd taylor fight... taylor is no calzaghe and pavlik didn't exactly blast him out of there and win every round did he?
Calaghe is 10times better then taylor

    Calzaghe is doomed.

He can't handle Kelly's power and pressure and when the heat is on he flails like a girl.

For Calzaghe it will be a brutal ending to what was essentially a fraudulent career.

Wouldn't it be awful ironic if Gary Lockett sprang an upset and totally ****ed up this whole potential fight.

If Enzo was Joe's promoter as well as trainer, he should maybe consider telling Gary to absorb Kelly's power using his chin, and win the psychological battle early.

    Oh the ignorance!

    The blissful, mindless ignorance.

Pressure fighters are what Calzaghe stylistically prefers, coming at Calzaghe is asking to be owned, you have to draw him in to make him look human.

He usually throws a million punches a round--he has to get in close to do that.

But the common trait is that they are Pavlik fans, not boxing fans.

Calzaghe looked old against BHop. Pavlik will definately have JC on his arse but will Pavlik be able stop him?

Pavlik won't have him down, I'm telling you that for nothing. Pavlik is never going to catch him with that sort of sneaky, perfectly timed right hand that Joe doesn't see coming. He isn't that subtle. He walks forward, so there isn't the element of suprise to catch Calzaghe off balance

Pavlik smartly INCHES forward, not just walks/runs. And it's always behind an educated jab.
