Sturm wants easy fights? I guess that's why he is fighting Gevor, and Universum is currently in talks with Top Rank and Team Pavlik. PLEASE try to keep up.

This is on the money. Abraham is really nobody special. He holds a title Taylor vacated. His resume's is absolute ****, and getting worse. He has held the IBF title hostage since December 2005, and Edison Miranda is still his best win. His last title defense was #43 ranked LuJaun Simon. His next defense will be #29 ranked Mahir Oral.

Pavlik just doesn't need this guy. Now is the perfect time for Kelly to make his move to 168. Froch is easy pickin's. After Froch, make a couple defenses, and then go after who ever the top dog is (Kessler or Bute.)

Now Pavlik fans like you going to get cowardish, searching for excuses for his legacy...I could say the same about Pavlik - against whom did he defend his middleweight title?

Abraham easily. Pavlik is the champion but Abraham is the no 1 contender in most people's books. Good clash of styles. Great fight in the making.

Think Pavlik vs Froch has the potential to be a great fight but its a bit early for him to be moving up in weight.

Froch vs Pavlik would be the better fight of the 2 and a 50/50. AA would knock both of them out.

Boo is spot on, if only arthur has the balls to fight, Lockett, Rubio and Mora. I also agree with Boo, arthur avoided #99th ranked middlweight zertuche he rates so highly and the worldbeater zuniga.

Pavlik vs Abraham and the winner steps up to Super Middle to face Froch. With Kessler waiting after that and Dawson after that. Job done.

I voted for Pavlik Vs AA but only if the fight is made at 160. At MW it is easily the biggest fight that can be made bu if they keep pissing about and delay it until they have both moved up to 168 or whatever then it looses something when Kessler, Bute et all all enter into the equation.

Leaving the titles and everything out of it I think Pavlik-Froch would be a better fight to watch.

Pavlik vs Abraham at 160 every day of the week. The fight is for the 3 MW belts and would decide once and for all who the best in the division is. They have unfinished business.

I agree. This catchweight stuff is bad for boxing. Particularly when it's at the expense of other, more relevant fights.

First, the Mora fight ain't happen'. That is obvious. KP squashed that **** before he signed his new deal with Top Rank.

Second, I just love the way you conveniently left Taylor and Hopkins off of your list. Very smooth. Again, if Arthur had Kelly's resume, he would have 3, possibly 4, losses.

Third, Zuniga was a highly rated prospect with only one loss when Pav fought him. Two prospects entered the ring in a fight for the vacant NABF title. Kelly won, and that fight marked his transition from prospect to contender.

Fourth, Zertuche was the WBC #3 contender when Kelly fought him. That was suppose to be a title eliminator.

Fifth, Rubio was a mandatory and the WBC #1 challenger. He'd represent a step up over many of Arthur's defenses.

Sixth, The Lockett fight was the brain child of Arum, Warren, and HBO. He was part of Enzo Calzaghe's stable.

Zuniga and Zertuche aren't any good so it's not really worth listing. Every somewhat decent fight with Zuniga in it, he was on the losing end. He's been proven to be not worth the hype.

Anyways here's what we're arguing, you have a bucket of **** (Abraham resume), a gigantic bucket of **** (Pavlik resume) and 9 day old stale bread (Sturm resume). All 3 resumes are awful and not worth bragging over, all 3 have pock marks on their resume and all 3 NEED each other to make money.

They all stand on equal footing right now...and if they don't fight each other then what's left to do?

My thoughts exactly. Grampa hop exposed Pavlik as a one d fighter. Pav and his team are like he needs more exposure in the states. It't total bs. Pavlik is the least athletic fighter holdn a belt besides Valuev. Pavlik is ducking Abraham plain and simple.
