lacey is done. Pavlik would stop him likely. Lacey's punches have no pop anymore, his timing is terrible and he is as slow as pavlik or slower. Pavlik would be hitting him with strong power shots and lacey wouldnt have much to return with. I hope lacey finds other means of work than fighting now.

Lacey of the old days would have been an awesome fight vs pavlik when he actually had big power, that would have been a hell of a fight but not anymore today. Pavlik still has his power he can just be outboxed and the formula is there for the most skilled fighters. but lacey is completely shot. Winky would give pavlik a much harder fight than lacey

Pointless fight. If it were up to me, I'd take Shaun George at 175 over a fight with Lacy at 168. Kelly weighed right at 180 when HBO shot this video. There isn't 12 pounds there to lose without burning muscle.

Any word if Shaun George retired? I know a few days after being battered around by Chris Henry almost a year ago he said he was done with pro boxing but I hadn't heard anything since. If he started out at 175 maybe he should look at Yusaf Mack.

EDIT: here's the article where George says he's done with boxing. http://www.doghouseboxing.com/DHB/Brandon071509.htm

Maybe he's done. He looked really good beating up a shot Byrd, but looked like crap in his last fight. I will not be surprised if KP moves to 175, and I just thought Shaun George, on one of his better days, would be a good place to start.

Lacy may drop him like the Taylor fight but he will probably get dominated.

let me guess, the ones who picked Lacy to win are Calzaghe fans right?

Tough one. Both are B/C level fighters. I think Pavlik might double that jab and take a close UD.
