I wouldn't consider Calzaghe slick just an awkward pressure fighter who's smart. Needless to say Pavlik has waaaay more in him than Lacy. Poor guy hasen't been the same since the shoulder surgery & Calzaghe beating.

 

Pavlike wont have to double the jab, so he wins.

 

What Pavlik has left is more than what Lacy ever had.

Pavlik would absolutely destroy Lacy... would be a mid round KO/TKO around 7 or 8 but lacy would have his career ended

 

Lacy destroys Pavlic similiar to the way Hopkins did. Instead of being on the receiving end of a beatdown, Lacy would be the one dishing it out on the slow, crude one dimensional plodder.

 

Pavlik would KO Lacy in about 5 rounds.

Also, even remotely putting Lacy's name in the same sentence as Hopkins' name is pretty much pugilistic blasphemy.

 

You act like Pavlic is some sort of boxing technician. Pavlic's one-two rock 'em sock 'em style of boxing makes Mayorga look like Willie Pep.

 

Seriously. The idea that someone could base how Pavlik would do versus Lacy based on how he did versus Hopkins really doesn't know boxing.
