I pick pav to,but am curious to ask how many have seen lockett fight,and i dont mean a few minutes here and there on youtube?,ive ssen about 5 of his full fights,and he can hit,has a ok chin,and knows this chance is a once in a lifetime deal,fair play he aint been in with any one who hits hard as pav,but if pav has his eyes of the game,and is looking past gary,then theres a small chance he could **** up(but im sure he will not),hope its a good fight at least

 

Lockett looks quite good actually. Pavlik's shoulders are much bigger, and his overall frame suggests he'll rehydrate way higher than Lockett.

 

Simple . . . he already knows what's gonna happen to him if he goes out the corner punching so . . . he'll box and run away and avoid early fierce exchanges. But Pavlik will catch him in the 5th that will prevent him from running away.

The end will come in 6th.

oh he's good, most brits know that...but there is nothing on his record, in his career, or highlights or sparring records that suggests he can beat a world ranked fighter like pavlik

i thikn workrate beat lockett. he likes to have an open playing field were he can jab and punch or go inside if he wants to. pavlik has never given anybody space to use against him.

lockett can box a bit on the back foot and has a decent chin but i dont thikn he can get out of the way of kelley's bombs.

 

You must have missed the post where someone said Kelly is 164 -166 at fight time. :rofl

 

I think the guy must be getting confused with Lockett there.
