This fight is now in the wind for October. If its on then Mundine gets his wish fighting for the vacant regular world title end of year....God bless the WBA for the super champ policy Oh....and Pavlik wins close points.
USA mate.....story goes Sturm will get $3.2 US Nothing set yet....but AA is moving up to SMW after this weekend.....so some pissed guy in a bar told me If Pav dont fight Sturm is Duddy next in line.
Oh btw Arthur Abraham announced on TV over here in Europe that after the fight this weekend he will move up to SMW...
Abraham is moving up because he simply can't wait forever for Pavlik to fight him. There is heaps of big fight opportunities for Abraham at 168. I really hope Pavlik-Sturm happens because who the **** else is out there for Pavlik to fight at 160, and don't say Mundine because we all know that was never going to happen and Sturm is a much tougher task for Pavlik anyway imo.
This works well for Mundine....vacant regular title shot against Sylvester....that will do me anyday :good
Exactly, da sweet science radio show thingy had the perfect chance to hit him with hard questions about making him admit he ran from Kessler at 168. and why doesn't he make a genuine effort to fight a real title, instead they let him do what every interviewer does with him, let him dribble he's the best etc like a broken ****in record. Just seems everyone is gagged whrn they interview the moron and they lose as much credibility as he does with letting him escape the hard questions.
i think we have enough 'form' of mundine to interview him in his 'absence...'....lol sounds like a thread.....hehehe .
If Pavlik fights Sturm, Mundine should have a crack at the IBF title should Abraham vacate and move to super middle. Mundine is ranked #6 and for some reason the no 2 ranking is vacant. There might be some chance he could have a crack at the vacant title, possibly against #1 Giovanni Lorenzo of the US.
Watched the Taylor v Froch fight again the other night, and i truly believe the Anthony Mundine that stepped in the ring against Danny Green that night wld've given those 2 fits. Unfortunately the Anthony Mundine of today gets beat by both. The man is on the slide................ and it's starting to show.
