Pavlik VS Sturm

I agree that he's on the slide. But watching his last fight he's still got speed and accccuracy in his punches. I think that shedding all that muscle to make MW took away any pop in those quick punches, and it was the speed/power combo that made him so effective at SMW.

I think he is on the slide, but not as fast and big as it seems, I think a lot of it has to do with the MW move...

 

It will be interesting to see Mundines next few fights and also Geale next few.....to see how good they both are ATM.

I have watched the fight a few times now and its harsh to say either guy is on the slide.

 

If you don't believe Mundine is on the slide then u really are deluded

 

Maybe your a bigger nuthugger than you thought.....I never rated him that high.......hes just the same old Mundine. :yep

Matter of fact several things he did in the Geale fight are better than his last fights.....workrate is one of them....also the ability to take shots.....and to sit in the zone and trade.

Hes still got speed and the same evasion....just lacks power at MW.

Hopefully Geale goes on to bigger and better things but we'll wait and see.

I agree we will see how good he is over the next year or so and hope he fights some guys in the top 20 at MW

 

What wld you class him as being? He has never fight o/s as a pro. Let's not get carried away with Geale yet, we saw what happened to Jamie Pittman in Germany, and most people had him a similar prospect as Geale is right now.

The Mundine fight was massive for Geale but i truly believe Mundine is finished

 

Good to see Sylevster beat Simon....who gave AA lots of trouble.

If the WBA belt is vacant because of a super champ rule will you guys be happy with Mundine VS Sylvester and is he a good opponent for Mundine?

 

tbh mundine is better than SS. saw him last night and was nothing special. Simon gave AA trouble because AA wasnt 100% in that fight.

Mundine beats SS easy IMO.

 

SS would be ranked about 8 in MW ATM and maybe 2 in the WBA.....so I guess we wait until Sturm has beaten Grevor and add 1 month then 'IF" the Sturm vs Pav fight is announced we can start to pop the champaz to Mundines new world title belt :yep

 

Sylvester is going the IBF route against Lorenzo.

Watch out for Golovkin or N'Dam N'Jikam instead.

We all know AA is moving up but dont know whos fighting over the scraps.
