I think Pavlik would lose to Calzaghe, but beat the rest, although he may have trouble against Carl Froch.

The problem with Pavlik from what ive seen is that he's great going forward and dropping bombs, but other than that he is a average fighter. Not shitty or a dumb yank, just a guy with decent skills and some power.

Rating a guy who has yet to defend a world title as being a certainty to KO a guy from a higher division with 20 plus world title fights that has never lost let alone been KO'ed before is a bit of a leap of faith if you ask me.

Pavlik would probably beat Bute. Froch would be a slight favourite to my mind, he might be mouthy but he's very talented. Kessler would be too much for him. Calzaghe would do what he always does. Win.

 

Geographical ignorance is one way of putting it - i've got a few other closer to the truth though.
