Pavlik has had one fight at 166 and went 12, so why you pick him to stop everyone else I don't know.

I did not say Pavlik/Calzaghe would not be comptetive. I said it would not be AS CLOSE or difficult for Pavlik as Slappy's nuthuggers think it would. Can you read?? Andrade would stand and slug with Pavlik, and he has a chin like a rock.

Manfredo was certainly headed for a loss, but that stoppage was completely ridiculous.

Please tell me that you have kids or that you were thinking about a time when you were in school. I'd hate to think you just watch girls in the schoolyard...

You said yourself the loss was certain. It makes the stoppage far less 'ridiculous'. It just saved everyone some time.

Pavlik should be favored in most bouts at 168, with the following exceptions:

    Calzaghe UD Pavlik
    Kessler KO 8 Pavlik

    Bute is even money
I'd favor Pavlik slightly against Andrade

If Chad Dawson moved down to 168 or they met at 170, I'd say Dawson TKO 7.

Pavlik looked very ordinary against Taylor and eeked a close decision based on workrate and not much else. He's too slow and sloppy to have more than a puncher's chance against a PfP fighter, but fortunately he has never faced one.

Even some guys who aren't elite have a style that would bother him, such as an Andre Ward-type somewhere down the line.

Kelly should stay at 160 as long as possible, because the only competition there is Abraham, a matchup that favors him.

It may seem a bit ironic, but stylistically I see Kessler giving pavlik more trouble than Calzaghe. Against Joe Pav would capatilize on Joe's many flaws. I think he'd have more trouble with a guy who is as fundametally sound as Kessler. The real problem for Kessler would be his heart. In the Calzaghe/Kessler fight Joe seemed more than willing to leave everything in the ring. Kessler did not.

Probably not a bad call apart from Kelly getting knocked out by Kessler and schooled by Calzaghe

Pavlik doesn't KO any of Calzaghe, Kessler or Andrade.

    Calzaghe clear UD Pavlik
    Kessler UD Pavlik
    Pavlik close UD Bute
    Pavlik KO 10 Mundine
    Pavlik UD Froch
    Pavlik UD Andrade
    Pavlik TKO Inkin
    Pavlik TKO Green
Pavlike TKO 11 Lacy (if Lacy gains some old form this could be a war)
    Pavlik KO Pascal

Its easy to say Pavlik knocks out every super middle, but that would be naive, he didnt knock out a 166lb Jrmain Taylor, in fact his power is a complete question mark at 168. Pavlik would be nowhere near as dominant in my opinion as a super middleweight but would still have the beating of most of the guys there.
