Pavlik vs. Trinidad in 2009?

None of course, but KP was in a bit of trouble in round 2 of the first bout. I think that Tito hits harder than Taylor and not just P4P, but even at 160.

 

Would Kelly act like a jack ass by dropping his hands and sticking his chin out? The only time he has been seriously hurt in a fight it was his own damn fault! I'm not saying Trinidad could not KO Pav, but I think it's highly unlikely. Tito did not hit harder than Miranda or Zuniga. Obviously he was a better fighter, but he did not have more power.

 

Trinidad hasnt won a fight in well over 4 years let him get a win first but thats never going to happen. He needs to get to 160 first which he said is impossible and of course he only takes on the biggest names out there and aside from Winky there is no other big names at 160 to fight and win before Pavlik and somehow for some reason I doubt hes fighting Winky. BTW before its said to me no Abraham is not a big name not the kind Trinidad likes to face.

 

Tito was so overrated at MW IMO including his power at that weight. Pavlik would destroy any version of Tito IMO.

 

I also, along with a few people in this thread, feel Pavlik would KO any version of Trinidad. Stylistically Trinidad likes guys like this, but Pavlik is much bigger and stronger than he was, and would force him back.

If Kelly were to drop his hands it would be good night, but I doubt he would against Tito. I honestly think this would be a back and forth war while it lasted(it would not go the full 12 no matter who would win) And I think it would be a 60-40 fight in favor of Pavlik. As for the Tito of today... Well I'd rather not even think about it

TITO is rusty as hell, if he wasn't id give him a fair shout! But Pavlik would win this one.
