    154 is not one of the original 8 divisions. It used to be that anytime a welter moved up he fought at 160.

    This is a joke, comparing Paul ****ing Williams to those great fighters is criminally stupid, Williams is a whole level down from the top fighters at 147. If it was Cotto or Floyd, then your argument works, but the 4th best welterweight has no business fighting the #1 Middleweight, its a travesty.
