Most of you know that Kelly is a "local" for me.

Let me relate a little story. The region manager, regions being 1/6 of the country, came in to berate us over our numbers. The only one that we exceeded expectations on was showing up for work. Few sick days, personal time, etc...... No other zone in the country beat the corporate target, which they set high expecting no one to meet, let alone exceed.

So what does this mean? Work ethic in this area, plain and simple. It took 10 days to leak out because it was a non-issue with Kelly and his camp. Kelly's work ethic is evident in most of what he does. It has made him what he is. Move on, nothing to see here.....
