I know the last fight he had was against a semi tomato can Jaco and this new one with Sigmon shouldnt give him too much trouble but hes been looking good. Hes sharper, quicker, moves a little easier side to side without plodding forward as much as he used too. I believe he will be the champ again. Hes hungry and pissed about all the negativity he has been given and hes pissed about how he let it being champion pass through his hands by giving into alcholism. Time will tell but I believe a title fight will be on the horizon real soon.

He doesn't even believe in making 160lbs, why would anyone else believe for him?

he said recently that he's going to just settle in at 168 pounds. . .

although i guess if **** ends up hitting the fan there, he can fall back on the excuse, and try to go back down to 160. . .

but for the foreseeable future - his path is at 168. . . but yes, i do think he has a very good shot at winning one of the four major belts at 168.

His only option of being champion again is fighting above 160, even then his chances are slim

168 - Stielglitz is the only fight you could pull for but I doubt he would travel to germany to do it, other champions are Ward and Froch . . . . . . so no luck there

175 - his only other fight at 175 was against Hopkins where he didnt look too good. Dawson and Pascal would likely demolish him, Cleverly and Shumenov are his safer options but even then I think Cleverly would be too much for Pavlik

    So we have Stielglitz and Shumenov . . . . .

Basically he could only hope to secure a paper title in one of these divisions and thats a big IF if he can do it

he sounds pissed and yes, a title fight is on the horizon. but i don't think it will be at 160. i don't think he's capable of making the weight.

yeah but you know what those scumbags are like they'll find a way to free up a title by making someone super champ or something like that and have pavlik fight a bum for a belt if not the wba then one of those other piece of **** orgs will do it

What's funny is that a lot of moron's from where I live, which is the same city that Cujo Sigmon lives, have no clue who Pavlik is and are believing that Cujo is going to KO Pavlik.. These guy's are in for a surprise..

    Location : Youngstown!

I'll make an avatar bet with anyone that Pavlik will not be MW by this time next year.

In all likelihood, he won't even fight at that weight again.

If you mean Jaco was working his way up to tomato can, then yeah, I can see that.

On the contarary, he is better than ever. Now he has a deadly left hook to go with his rt. hand. Hits harder than ever, great jab, better training and sparring. Don't see anyone, including Martinez, who will beat him.
