First with the Kessler fight, and now with Hopkins I've noted MANY things that Slappy joe does that would get his ass KTFO against Pavlik.

pavlik is way too slow to amount to any real damage on calzaghe. he would box circles around pavlik to an easy wide ud

    Both have high punch output.
    Except Pavlik throws real punches.
    Calzaghe throws powderpuff slaps.
    I saw it tonite.
    Slapped the whole fight.
The guy cant punch --- plain as day.

how does this fight correlate to a Pavlik KO? I didn't know that Bernard and Kelly fought the same style. Calzaghe is to quick, to smart and cagey to lose to Kelly. Kelly won't set the pace, and can't keep the pace that Calzaghe would set. Joe would throw the straight left and possibly outjab Pavlik because Kelly doesnt fight tall. Joe wins, 9-3 maybe 8-4

Is it possible that Calzage will do to Pavlick what he did to his last two hard punching opponents (Lacy and Kessler)? I mean, no one will argue that Pavlick hits harder, but I think Calzaghe is the better boxer, and if he is able to box Pavlick, he wins. If Pavlick catches him... then it gets intereting. But other than BHop tongiht, who else has really caught him recently? (And BHop's wasn't that hard)

He has a punchers chance, but Joe is probably too fast for him.

Hopkins is a master boxer. Pavlik isn't. Do you honestly believe that Pavlik could outbox Calzaghe, or time him like Hopkins did?

Please nez...this slapper will be found & eliminated. It will be just a matter of time.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need another IPA & time for some 100% Grandad.

Maybe, you gotta give Calzaghe credit though.

I think he took slapping to a whole new level tonight though as B-Hop was hard to find. He wasn't just slapping against Kessler.

I wouldn't put it past Kelly to drop him though the guy has some serious power.
