Will they fight eachother next? Ya know, I don't think so to be honest, but I'm hoping they do. But I think they'll definitely fight in the future.

IT'LL probably happen but I think they are both actually afraid of each other.... real champs don't alwayss look to their next bout as if it was their last, trying to get the most money , as if there was not gonna be a fight ahead of it... only when there's doubt/insecurity you look so much for your financial security after just a single bout, specially when you're so young/ still on your peak...........what a shame 4 both of them... good fight, they r not invincible, they know it , they have tasted defeat, & THEY R BOTH AFRAID OF TASTING IT AGAIN!!!!!

Those mother****ing promoters better give us what we want to see. I'm tired of fights not happening cause of the negotiations going south. One of the few reasons boxing pisses me off sometimes.

I am pretty shocked w/ Goosen's actions here to jeopardize the fight. I know the potential Williams has to be the top guy or P4P best fighter...but that is what it is right now. Potential. Williams has had a pretty easy path to be seen as one of the top 5 P4P fighters. And it sounds like now he (or Goosen) wants to be paid like a super star already...dude...bring the crowd in CONSISTENTLY and then talk. It's crazy when you think of how many fights guys like Barrera, Morales, Hopkins, Mosley, Winky... all beat and still didn't get squat till later.

Williams, as skilled and talented as he is, has NOT beaten very many good fighters. Of his big wins (Quintana, Margarito, Winky, Phillips), only Winky and Margarito were really worth a damn.

Anyway....I just hope this fight can be signed soon. Got action written all over it.

You needed the "who the hell knows" option.

I like both guys quite a bit (though Pavlik's wearing on me some) and frankly think Williams should fight at 154 for a bit. I have a feeling that Goosen will find a reason to back out to have that happen but, really, who the hell knows.
