Only over money and it appears the HUGE money in Germany was always a myth.

Do you even freaking read the thread. Look at the front page article. This is what Jack Loew said. That puts it above rumor status. :deal

Err... Wasn't Zuniga scheduled to fight an eliminator when his opponent pulled out? Shouldn't he have then gotten the nod? This is a no brainer. Even if he did later move up. Should AA be stripped because he fought Miranda at SMW.

I don't want to see Abraham vs Pavlik...i like both fighters. if I had to choose, i would say that I am more of a Pavlik fan...i guess this is why I wouldn't want to see this fight. This is a bad style matchup for kelly. Abraham is very patient and very strong. This fight would look just like the second Miranda fight with Pavlik catching one on the chin.

Kelly's defense is better than Miranda's. Add his height/reach advantage and Kelly is out of AA's wheel house.

God i hope this one happens... should've happened already! This is one of the pound for pound best fights out there, and the fact that both are huge hitters makes it even better.

Exactly. In reason years Hatton and Calzaghe. Begging for fights Abraham, Froch and Kessler. Hopkins, Taylor and Pavlik will never travel. Actually they should be more respectful to fighters, who is prepare to travel and take on the fights the fans wants.

i hope you would be right. i predicted the Miranda/Pavlik, the Taylor/Pavlik I fight, and the Miranda/Abraham fights correctly.

Unfortunately, I also picked the B-hop/Pavlik fight correctly.

I know Pavlik is a much smarter fighter than Edison Miranda, but, i don't see him getting past Arthur Abraham. His defense, patience, and power is just too effective against straight-ahead bangers.

i hope I'm wrong this time.

Well, perhaps I should be a bit more precise. I think Loew isn't telling the truth to be honest. He tries to make naive fans believe that Team Pavlik is willing to fight Abraham over here in Germany. No way Team Pavlik want that and this won't happen.

That's true and we all know Kelly can bang as well, but the question is what will happen the one or two times he gets hit and this is going to happen, because Kelly's defense is better than Miranda's, but it isn't good enough to prevent him from getting caught by Abrahammers a couple of times during the 12 rounds.

Even I found that statement kind of strange. My posts are strung across a few different threads making them hard to follow. I hedged saying the ball was in Saurlands court. The fact he quickly answered was the only answer we needed I think. I'm beginning to believe Loew's comments were scripted to keep the interest up. Arum: TBD (probably Duddy, Sturm, Abraham). Like I have said. Nothing short of brilliant if he pulls this off.
