Pavlik won’t rule out a title bout but may opt for another tune-up

    Good to see Pav and Lowe want another fight before a big one. It'd be in their best interest. The top fighters ain't going anywhere and Pav needs to take his time, have all his timing, and be on his best when he steps up to the top dogs.

    Wouldn't happen thought. I too just want Kelley to stay busy at this point, and work his way to a title shot. He will be much better prepared, and have all the rust worked away.

    yea he sure as hell didnt know when to throw that straight right! If he would have let it go When he had Lopez stunned that fight would have been over in 7.

    He Definitly needs to get back in the ring by at least september!!

    That would be the best move by Pavlik as he would really benefit from another fight against another guy around the level of Lopez. He could use the work and most of the big names at 168 already have something lined up between now and summer. Pavlik should look to get a fight late July-mid August which would leave him lined up well with some of the other big names for a big fight towards the end of the year. Trying to get a fight with a top name in his next fight would be a bad move for Pavlik.

    Even if Pavlik takes another fight against someone similar to his last one he should have no trouble landing a tv slot with it. He could open up any HBO or Showtime card, he could land a fight on Epix, Arum could do a smaller ppv card around him. I doubt Top Rank would put him on an ESPN or Telefutara type of card but he'd have no trouble getting a slot if he wanted it.

    Hate all you want! No image was ruined by him getting tatted up. Kelly Is a Blue Collar rough neck who grew up in a Steel Mill town. Thats the image around Youngstown! If your not Mob affliated,or Have a College degree, You work in a Factory and most of the people have tattoo's!

    So Go **** yourself!!! Im proud of where im from, and How I grew up! It made me tough and the man I am today! At least I know My kid isnt gonna be some ***** growing up with everything handed to them! You got earn your keep where we are from!

    I would love to see him back by July/August but they got September in the mind! It would benefit him to get in the ring ASAP! If I were him I would call Out Names like - AA, Andrade, Pryor Jr., George just to get a fight ASAP..., but Kelly has never been that way except for Winky and PW and both fights never happened.!
