Pavlik won’t rule out a title bout but may opt for another tune-up

I would like to see Pavlik vs Manfredo, Pavlik could use another tune up fight . Another fight I was thinking about which I don't know is possible is a fight with Chavez jr he is a big middle weight they said he weighed 180 pounds last night, he might not mind moving up to fight Pavlik. Not sure if Chavez people would want him to fight Pavlik though.

 

pavlik needs a lot more tune ups if he wants to hang around at 168. I'm not convinced he is the same fighter he was 3-4 years ago.

 

Pavlik vs. Glen Johnson would be nice or Froch. Really against anyone good. I want to see what he has left. If he ever was that elite level.

Unless its Steglitz he should take another tune up. Fighting Bute right now wouldnt be a good idea. If not Steglitz then another tune up this time against a mover. Maybe a Jonathan Banks kinda guy. Aaron Pryor Jr maybe esp coming off a win of Andrade or Dyah Davis.

 

I don't care to see a Manfredo fight. Way to easy for Pavlik. I like Manfredo, and he is a very good club level or better fighter, but man, because of styles, Kelly would brutalize poor Peter.

I'd like to see Pav fight Pryor jr. That kid has a little something goin' on, and would present a bit of a stylistic challenge. Might not be a "fan friendly" fight, but it would be a good fight for KP.

 

he deserves a tune up, he look **** in his last fight.
