That is an unbiased and to my mind accurate view.

Kessler would dismantle Pavlik with ease. The fact that you reckon Jermain Taylor is better than Pavlik is laughable. Kessler has every advantage in this fight and would have little trouble in finding Kelly's chin.

Capfunds, I love Pavlik but Kessler is a beast. "The Viking Warrior" would give the "Ghost" fits, aside from Margarito and Cotto this would be one of the best fights on the planet. How many Kessler fights have you seen? Kessler has much much more speed than my boy Pavlik and has more body shot knock outs than any middle or super middle I have seen in a long time. You should do your home work before you write a big long ******ed post.

These gumps overrate that boy Kessler and Calzaghe. Kessler goes into a shell when the heat is on..If he does not get Pavlik out of there early he is getting ****ed up and stopped later. Pavlik would take his manhood in that ring.

 

This wasn't a bad post until you wrote this nonsense. With the exception of Calzaghe, Pavlik is better than anyone Kessler has ever faced. Kessler is a basic 1-2 fighter. He's got good defense, and a nice jab. However, Pavlik is relentless and packs a good punch. Kessler does not like to get hit. As soon as Pavlik puts on the pressure, Kessler will look to get out of the way. I'm not saying Kessler would lose this fight, but I seriously doubt he would dismantle Pavlik.

 

I like Kessler, but this **** is getting out of hand. He's a solid B/B+ fighter. He's not an elite p4p fighter. He's a basic, straight up and down European fighter.

 

He is good at his one dimensional style. But Pavlik is not some dim witted slugger. The guy throws straight punches and he is pretty accurate and just punishing. I mean we have seen him obliterate guys that have never even been down before. He dont even have to land flush to hurt guys.
