Absolutely, and he will be back. I just wanted to cut any possibility of people jumping on the health issue train... Pavlik's dad is entitled to his opinion, just like anyone else. I don't say what Team Kelly say is not true, it's just a note that it was style and substance that won the fight, and I don't want people to take that away from a great old man. Kelly will be back with a bang, and I'll be excited to watch him as always.

Like someone said, if he ever steps in the ring with the 168lbs'ers, he's gonna have bronchitis and a broken eardrum ala Sam Peter.

No he isn't gracious in defeat, yes he was after the fight but look at the **** coming up now, it's getting out of hand with the excuses. They're even going as far as saying they should have pulled out before the fight, meaning he wasn't supposed to be there, that only makes Hopkins' win look bad in their own world or at least trying to.

This sheds new light on Hopkins win. Doesn`t look quite as impressive, the fact he beat a sick opponent. Pavlik should have withdrawn, mind you he`d have been bashed just like Abraham recently.

Whoever bashed on Abraham is an idiot, if you're tested and turn out to be sick then the fight is postponed and you're NOT allowed to fight. With the LIST of diseases and injuries Pavlik claims he had they WOULDN'T allow him to fight.

Stop the excuses, Pav. got schooled. He should have done what AA did a couple weeks ago, and postponed. You can't use health as an excuse after a poor performance. I must admit though, Pavlik looked very slow out there, something I did not see in the Taylor fights.

There are no excuses. Kelly lost to a very good and slick fighter an ATG and HOFer.

Those are not excuses why he lost, but mere facts that lead up to the fight. Kelly could have lost a limb before the fight and he would've wanted it to go on. That's his style. He does not know the meaning of the word retreat. period!

Pavliks dad sees the media tearing into Pavlik, he's trying to save his son from the scrutiny. Pavlik probably did have bronchitis but it didn't matter, he would of lost anyway.

And Pavlik nor his team never said anything nor made an excuse, so who cares.

Bull**** Scar. Honestly I expected you to be a bit more mature. Dare to scrutinize Scar. I can't believe this **** coming from you....Anyone dare to remember when Pavlik cut his hand and required about 8 stiches? Well on here we had a bunch of "sources" stating how he had 109....I rest my case

jack loew and enzo are both far frm world class trainers...I will say one hting for sure Jack loew hit the jackpot with pavlik and should NEVER criticize another trainer because he is not CLOSE to a pro trainer...his advice was so amateurish in that fight...he had no answers for what was happeneing...it waqs so clear that simply 2 jabs a right hand and a hook was NOT working unfortunately that is all he knew...and as for the thread...why does this need to be posted??? it is kellys dad not even kelly...it is a true statement but noone is taking away from hopkins...ur not trying to give BHOP credit ur trying to just RIP KP down even further...who cares if he had bronchitis
