Pavlik's Excuse or Legitimate reason?

Didn't mention it in the post fight interview. Funny how fighters always come up with these excuses after a few days thought......

 

Agreed. Pavlik was in great shape for that fight. He just fought a guy that knew how to make his jab and right hand (his bread and butter) totally ineffective. Kelly put up a game effort but was simply outclassed. Stop making excuses....I'm actually losing a little respect for Pavlik now that he's coming out with all these ridiculous f'n excuses. Before the fight he was dismissing the elbow thing and talking about how great he felt, and than all the sudden, after he gets his butt kicked he had bronchitis coming into the fight? Gimme a f'n break!

np hope he doesnt say he was diagnosed with fever in his stomach after he gets knocked out by abraham.
the bum trying to tell his hype bandwagon that it was a bad night so people support him once he is back at middle weight.. nothing we havent seen in boxing before... he lasts knocking out the locketts @ middleweight till he signs with abraham.

I def believe there was something wrong with him....but he lost...his handlers suck anyway for getting him this fight...he can have excuses...the guy is human and he is a good fighter...but I feel even he knows he will never be a BHOP

 

he did...u think he was lying about being sick...KP is more of a man than u I can guarantee that...if u were sick and got beat up u would just hold it in...he didnt say he would have won he is just explaining why he got OWNED for 12 rds and loked so lethargic

I like Kelly, and I understand this, but it's still kind of sad. It might not have been his decision to come out with this information. Maybe HBO wants to get this story out there before they have to show the replay of the house fighter getting his butt kicked by a guy the house hates.

 

i dont have to refresh you memory.. goto boxrec .. grab his fights and watch them. abraham is a higher level boxer than pavlik. if u cant see that then you either have issues or just a plain hater.
