It doesn't say a victory party. It says AT "The Bank". Not IN "The Bank". ;)

Just heard back from the Bellagio. Getting into the club is free as long as you sign up for the guest list. I didn't bother to ask how much a table was.

I'll get an autograph for you if I run into him. I reckon chances are pretty good since I'll be at the hotel of the fight.

Thanks, von. I already have 2 KP autographs. A 3rd wouldn't hurt. But now its getting to be that time when I want to meet him in person & shake that vise of his.

My wife & I may take a trip to Youngstowns to meet him when he trains for this summers Duddy fight. I told her we could stop in Pittsburgh & see the sites, onto Ohio & on the way back, stop in Morgantown (WVU) which I haven't been back to since about '75.

Make a really trip outta it.:!:

Then you probably would be best off not going. He wasn't shaking right handed for a while after his last fight.

[To any pavlik fans out there that want to party with him afterwards here you go. I dont like the idea of having a party announced before a victory but this shows confidence in his ability and I feel Boom Boom just wants to throw a party for him and the public.:good[/quote]

Don't read too much into an after party. It's a celebration of Youngstowners thrown by one of their own (Boom Boom). Kelly and Team Pavlik are very superstitious about their routine. Kelly had many opportunities and money thrown his way to endorse such parties, but his mind is on JT! Kelly has a one track mind-KEEP THE 0 ON HIS RECORD!!!Well there callin for **** loads of snow in the Y-Town area-Too bad! I'll C-YA in VEGAS!!!!

God this is just stupid. I hope the ghost isn't over looking his opponent. I've been kinda getting the impression that they are not preparing properly for this fight given team pavlik's jermaine can't help being jermaine comments and insistence that the fight will be exactly the same as the first fight just quicker. Its pretty clear that they haven't thought too much about the possibility that jermaine could come in and do something different. Like stick and move or execute a game plan. This is not to say that jermain is likely to bring something new and better then he did in the first fight. But if he does I worry that pavlik isn't ready to handle it.

Unfortunately for Taylor I doubt that the Pavlik camp will be made to pay for this lack of preparation. I do not believe that jermain is taking this fight because of some mad desire to regain his dignity (like he's been saying). I think the only reason that he wanted the fight is that he has not yet come to terms with his first loss. And he hasn't yet rationalized how it was possible that another man was able to destroy him so badly. Thus I do not believe that he has prepared to fight a different fight. Instead I think that to jermain this fight is more about going out there and doing the same thing again to see if what happened five months ago was more due to his mistakes then to kelly's ability as a fighter.

For your info, they did the same thing BEFORE the fight in AC, with Boom Boom making the calls & we all know what happened that night.
