Wow, well...that's quite a bit of chaff separation.

I mean, they're still all chaff, but ...at least we'll thin the herd of contenders and have made some headway whittling down to the least-worst.

This is a card everyone will bash initially and then everyone will want to watch the day of the fight.

Luis Ortiz-Charles Martin should be entertaining. And the winner will likely be the IBF mandatory to the Joshua-Usyk II winner. So it carries some importance.

Frank Sanchez coming right back after flooring and beating Efe Ajagba. Carlos Negron is very beatable.

(Interestingly, Sanchez is fighting Negron, and next up Filip Hrgovic is fighting the guy who just lost to Carlos Negron.)

Undefeated Viktor Vykhryst (who beat Clemente Russo) fights Iago Kiladze, who is always entertaining.

The Rice-Coffie rematch should be good. The big underdog Rice really beat him up last time.

Other than the Frank Sanchez fight, seems like a very competitive card. Bunch of punchers.

 

I personally think it’s good value. Maybe not the cream of the crop but it’ll surely be entertaining. Better than shelling out $90 to watch one decent fight (on paper)

 

I agree. Looks fun. Reminds me of those Heavyweight Explosion cards Cedric Kushner used to put on.

Also, it's great to see so many guys getting off to a quick start in the new year. Between Parker-Chisora II two weeks before this and Yoka-Takam two weeks after this ... it's a fun four weeks of heavyweight fights.

 

Fun card. Solid matchups. Not sure if its worth 40 bucks but i would rather pay 40 bucks for this card than 30 for some Eddie MISMATCHROOM bull**** card on DAZN in the future with 1 good fight.
