PBC Boxing should be called EPR Easiest Path of Resistance. Porter wants to fight Garcia not Spence!

Shawn Porter a man that I once considered the most ducked at 147 is now doing the ducking. He has not had a fight since beating up Adrien Broner Sr. aka Andre Berto and is now calling out Danny Garcia instead of going for that IBF title he wanted to rematch Kell Brook for. So now he is after a title-less Danny Garcia because it's an easy route to take to nowhere. It won't get him a shot at anything that he does not already have a chance for now, so what's the point for him to want that?

I'm disappointed in Porter, even if he thought Spence was a tough fight he should take it. Everyone was just saying the same thing about him 2 years ago. I now apologize to Gennady Golovkin fans because Errol Spence is about to inherit his curse. These guys won't fight him unless they are offered ridiculous money. The only 2 guys that even said Spence name are with Top Rank, Horn and Crawford. I hate to see Spence sit around like this in his 20s. Hopefully Thurman comes back from meditation to get his body shattered by Spence and let's go of those hostage titles he is holding.

147 is about to go from hot to luke warm. Everybody was there just waiting for Floyd Mayweather. 175 is on the rise , 135 might have the goods and the Heavyweight division can possibly reign supreme once more thanks largely to the Brits and Eddie Hearn building a star wit Anthony Joshua. Once again shame on PBC guys at 147.

I've been saying it for a while now. Spence is the new GGG. Only difference is that he's American with a powerful promoter. Hopefully he doesnt get ducked too long. I'd hate to see Spence move up to 154 due to the lack of fights at 147 as he will be undersized at that division.

AND, we can definitely call Porter's move a duck as Garcia is definitely the easier fight. I like Porter and I'm not gonna trash him for this as he has had his fill of tough fights and there's no guarantee that he will beat DSG.

If he was avoiding Spence Jr for a fight with Chris Algieri id understand your point However hes choosing a valid opponent in Danny Garcia who i think has a very good chance of hurting Porter with a left hook. I think the reason he wanted the rematch with Brook was too cross off one of them Ls on his record thats why he was pushing it alot. If he was my fighter i think its a smart move to fight Garcia before having another crack at the Champions.

Yeah, Porter has been fighting names and already been in some hard fights plus he drained himself for even the Broner fight.

I have to say, that Al Haymon probably has the biggest stable of gutless fighters I ever seen.

not a single fighter in their stable wants to take a risk unless it's for an exorbitant amount of money.

it's no one wonder nobody in their stable is a mainstream boxing star.

That would be understandable if Garcia actually planned on fighting soon but he is not and Porter called him out almost 4 months ago with no response. Porter might as well fight Spence. Hell, Spence wants to fight so bad he's sparring in the streets. He is going to fight in the Kumate' just to get practice in.

Jacobs and Wilder don't mind. It's kinda funny though watching Crawford,Ward, a little known Thai fighter and a school teacher put in work this year while 90% of Al's guys twittled their thumbs looking at each other.

Garcia and Broner had a shot at Pacquiao and both took losses to lesser men than the ATG this year.

Only the B level guys in PBC decided to challenge Crawford. Now where will they go when he comes to 147?

None of Haymon guys wanted work from Kovalev and Ward stepped up. Now Stevenson is safe.

He has a bunch of guys between 126 and 135 that should be clamoring to fight Lomachenko or even each other but they won't.

    Where is Quillin?
    Where is Russell Jr.?
    Where is Bika?
What the hell is happening at PBC below heavyweight?

It's for nothing. They should try to get a belt. Get at Horn or get at Spence. . It's going to be an ugly fight for those two.

Something might be up with PBC. Those guys are way too inactive.
