2 very solid reasons for this huge drop in viewers. Also, this were both kinda showcase fights in wich both were former champs, but with one coming from a lower weightclass and the other on the slide and with the worst style disadvantage possible against a beast. We have to wait and see how it develops further.
You are one re****ed ****. Those numbers are for those who tuned into CBS on their TV, cable boxes record the data on what channels you watch for the cable networks, they're not counting streams just those who watched it on TV.
Who cares....there hav been some good fights and some awful fights I really don't understand why some boxing fans love haymon and some hate him It's really weird, the opinion should be indifferent When he makes good fights...great When he blocks good fights from happening.....then not great For example....any true boxing fan should be rooting for Lee to beat Qullen......simple as that
I would have thought the more boxing on tv, the better for the fan? As long as their decent match ups.
it's kinda like the obama phenomenon...they want him to fail because he's black...even though it would hurt them as well.
Haymon has 2 years to get the numbers up. Looks like they are focused on promoting his young hypejobs (garcia, quillen, etc). We won't know if this if a failure or success for another year most likely.
I'll interpret it this way. 1) the fights aired on different times, someone mentioned primetime. 2) Broner and Thurman are more popular in the US than Stevenson, clearly.
There are about 250 million households in the US with CBS.This is free tv-and this is considered a success?Don't believe for one minute the nonsense being spouted by PBS and it's shills that this series is going great. They are tens of millions of dollar in debt at this point.I would love to know what their end game is to make this a profitable investment!:deal
haymon wants to eventually keep the money inhouse he aint fooling anyone:hi: unfortunately for him its doing ****:rofl:rofl
So I guess you don't like Garcia-Peterson or Lee-Quillen? That fight will be on this weekend? I couldn't careless if he makes money or not I'm a fan of the sport and more boxing on TV is good.
