Garcia and Peterson is a joke fight it's anther cherry pick from Garcia I will not be watching that. I also wont be watching quillin vs leee its not always the quantity its the quality
Of course you won't you're not a fan of the sport and are nothing but a troll. This is a good card for boxing fans not trolls like you.
I agree but it doesn't mean that Lee-Quillen isn't worth watching. Peterson always brings it so Garcia-Peterson is a good match up.
I bet you also watched the Garcia vs salka fight? I don't watch silly fights its up to you if you watch joke fights:hi: You are the troll you been here trolling for 10 years idiot
It's an okay fight, nothing really to rave about. And as for Garcia-Peterson, it's a decent fight but they're fighting a 10 rounder at a catchweight with no belts on the line, that's some BS.
Just like you said you didn't watch PBF-Maidana to right? But made 100 threads about the fight. Log off troll.
I don't think it is as cut and dry as PBC having two years to make it a success. They bought time, but I am sure the networks will work in the ratings versus potential ad revenue they would be making with their own syndicated programming that would have been on for those dates and times. If the equation doesn't reveal profit over a number of shows, the series could be canceled by the network.
yeah it seemed like most people didn't know what time it started also. If I was on the west coast, I would have probably missed the fight all together
For the Broner/Thurman fight, the top 10 US regions were, for the most part the home ground of a combatant. Or a fight town, or significant military base. 1) Norfolk 2) Cincinnati 3) San Antonio 4) New Orleans 5) Fort Myers, Florida 6) Sacramento 7) Dayton 8) Orlando 9) Philadelphia 10) Tulsa Note south west Ohio appearing twice, but love him or hate him Broner actually sells tickets and has real people show up to his shows in the Queen City. Thurman had 2 Florida markets, to the surprise of no one. Especially since there are also large military contingents, to offset the fact that Thurman doesn't perform at home much. IIRC one of the B-sides was Sacramento area, one San Antonio. That stretch of Texas - Louisiana is big fight turf as well, be it boxing or MMA. Anyhow, just giving evidence/credence to the idea that yes, US fans do actually care about their local guys. Building up your hometown fan base still matters, even in regards to selling TV ads.
A Haitian r@pist child molesting woman beater vs a washed up ugly as sin itself Cameroonian SMW moving up after a L and a draw. Yeah......not a lot going for them in this card, yet they still managed to do 1.37 mil. I'll take that all day if Im GAYMAN. :good
