Lets see them cheer for harrison if he moved up and fought chenko at 160.

 

1st could easily be scored for Charlo, since Korobov only landed one left of real consequence and Charlo landed a couple of cuffing hooks.

I do agree that 119-108 is an unacceptable card, though.

 

Nope. If you had GGG beating Canelo both times, I think you should have clearly had Charlo beating Korobov. The fights had similarities. GGG/Charlo had difficulties landing clean a lot, but both clearly outworked the other guy. Overall Korobov landed the cleaner shots like Canelo did, but Charlo's jab and work won him that fight. Also unlike GGG, Charlo actually hurt Korobov badly in the 12th.

Do a rbr analysis like we've did for GGG/Canelo if you feel that strongly about it. I mean bro you had Wilder beating Fury, and you're calling me a contrarian? I mean I am , but not in this case. Let's be honest, you're heavily swayed by if you like or dislike a fighter when you score a fight. When you don't dislike/like a fighter your cards are on point, but it's obvious you're going to score the fight for the guy you like or against the guy you dislike.

Well we can disagree on a couple of rounds here and there but I think 8-4 Charlo is super generous (the other two judges). Throw out the 11-1 scorecard, I bet Charlo doesn't even think he won like that (if he was being honest). Now If you find a 7-5 Charlo I can't really compain too much but I think a 6-6 card is decent but really Korobov should have won like 7-5, 8-4.

I'm biased though, I had the largest amount of money I'd have ever won if Korobov got the nod. I'm adding Jermall to my ****list since he cost me a bunch of money, the other guy being Frampton losing to LSC II. Frampton was my last leg of the parlay and I would have won like $600. So now I root against Frampton any chance I get, I'm glad he lost tonight.

 

They were going to try and rob Gvozdyk against Stevenson too. Look at those scorecards. Also Loma vs Linares.

I can see 7-5, 6-6 Korobov at best for him, But I thought 7-5 was the correct card for Charlo. 8-4 if you were generous and gave him the 1st.
