Hernandez barges in with a power headbutt and leg-grab. Trout goes ass over teakettle. Reiss docks a point from Hernandez saying it was a flagrant intentional foul. Time in. Hernandez is getting punished on the way in with jabs and wide dragnet lefts. Trout is feeling it now, pushing the jab into his fellow southpaw's face and thumping him downstairs with the left uppercut. Hernandez keeps pressuring and scores a couple of power shots of his own but too few too late to salvage what is now a 10-8 round.

Round 5

Hernandez is pumping his right jab into the air, tripling it but only connecting on Trout's wrist. Trout is hit with a body jab but pulls back to slip a couple of pawing follow-ups at the head. Long body shots by Trout. Hernandez is skipping out and moving side to side as Trout edges in on him, slouched over, taking pot shots with his jab. Hernandez puts up a high lazy jab and is hit with a left uppercut on the ribs. Hernandez rolls to his left to avoid Trout's left hand lead, taking it on the right shoulder. Body shot by Hernandez. Trout skewers him with a straight left on the gut. Hernandez shells up as Trout feints a high jab, and it hit on the flank with Trout's left uppercut from well outside his own punching range.
