It's not a Payano fight if there isn't an accidental headbutt.

    Round 4

Santiago starting to land to the body but Payano still outlanding him overall with his combos punctuated with his quick left hand. Payano throwing that left uppercut a lot but not really landing it. Santiago lands a good straight right as Payano was backing off. A right hook lands for Santiago as the round ends. Close round but Payano's activity won the round for me. Santiago needs to throw more.

    10-9 Payano; 40-36 Payano

Payano dominating the fight, Santiago landed little especially in one round except for one big right, and they acted like that was the only clean shot that landed and literally sounded like they were jerking off over it, and all the while Flores and Love are lubricating the audience for the incoming robbery. These guys are making Teddy Atlas look fair and balanced.

    Round 5

Santiago lands two successive right hands to start the round. Uppercut lands from Payano as he becomes even more aggressive. Payano still outlanding Santiago but he has to be careful, he's really leaving himself wide open and that Santiago right hook has been landing. Santiago not throwing enough to win any of these rounds.

    10-9 Payano; 50-45 Payano

    Round 6

Payano not slowing down. Plenty of combos from him to start the round. Santiago covering up but Payano still landing to the body and the head. Santiago trying to attack the body and actually delivers a good left hook. Payano just pushing him backwards. He's throwing so many punches and is landing so many of them. Santiago taking all of it well but he needs a miracle shot to change the tide of this fight.

    10-9 Payano; 60-54 Payano

    Round 7

Payano starts the round fast again. Left hooks to the head. Uppercuts to the body. Right hooks. He's using his entire arsenal and Santiago can't do anything about it. Every time Santiago tries to punch back, Payano just takes a small step back and punishes him. Santiago lands a couple decent punches as Payano backs off to end the round but that's about it from him.

    10-9 Payano; 70-63 Payano

    Round 8

Slower round from Payano but he was still more active than Santiago. Payano counters Santiago as he comes in. Santiago moving forward and throwing punches in the last minute but most of it hitting air and the gloves/arms of Payano. Slowest round of the fight, still a Payano round.

    10-9 Payano; 80-72 Payano

    Round 9

Payano peppers Santiago to begin the round. The work rate from Payano is back. Santiago lands a good right hook as Payano tries to catch him but doesn't follow it up with anything as Payano continues his assault. He's coming in without a care in the world because Santiago is not willing to commit. Santiago lands a good left hook to the body to end the round.

    10-9 Payano; 90-81 Payano
