Elbiali is approaching with his arms down, taking pot shots but loading up on them and never ceasing to advance on Hernandez. A few sorties by Hernandez dashing in with a straight flurry, but soon receding before Elbiali can retaliate. Hernandez suspending himself in the pocket to bait Elbiali with the jab and then sidestepping with a 1-2. Elbiali just keeps pressuring, ducking some of Hernandez's flurries and coming up firing.

Fans gave Hernandez the first three but have given Elbiali the last four, making their card now entering the last frame 67-66 Elbiali.

 

Round 8

Elbiali is winging jabs from down by his knee, then looping a right hand into Hernandez's body. Elbiali clowning a bit, spinning his wrists and holding either glove out behind himself before attacking. Hernandez is staving him off with a few well-placed jabs on the belt line and then retreating. Lots of side to side upper body movement by Hernandez whenever he stops gliding around the ring. Elbiali comes at him with uppercuts with both hands, working the body as Hernandez shells up.
